Led by an experienced midwife, each session combines evidence-based education with a calm, supportive approach, tailored to your individual needs. This is your opportunity to feel truly prepared, supported and heard.

• We’ll cover all key topics including labour and birth, pain relief options, feeding your baby, new born care and the early postnatal period, while also creating space for your questions, concerns and personal circumstances.
